I see this happening constantly with DTC brands right now, and I want to make sure you aren't making the same mistake.

Everyone is pouring all their energy into the first 2 seconds of their ad creatives. Getting attention is great, but if your backend retention is broken, you are just pouring water into a leaky bucket.

True growth doesn't come from a viral TikTok ad; it comes from flows that actually sell. If you aren't aggressively optimizing your post-purchase emails and SMS loyalty loops, you are leaving massive revenue on the table.
